Units come with a working space. the venue is conveniently located by a Subway station that connects to the Airport, shops, street vendors, and eateries. - Very close to the famous Dong Men shopping street.

The location is excellent. Lots of shops and food outlets near the hotel.

The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful.

The cafe - Morning breakfast - saw cockroaches on breakfast servings tables on both mornings.

The Shenzhen Sunon Hotel is a superb base for exploring the city. They offer a wide array of goodies for breakfast. The hotel units are well-maintained and large, with a working space and a sofa bed. The staff is helpful. The location is magnificent, situated next to shops, restaurants, Shenzhen old town, and local shopping areas.

The location was central, unbeatable right in front of Dongmen walking street. The room was brand-new & good sized with complement breakfast.

Friendliness of the staff, great location within walking distance to mtr and just opposite the Dongmen Pedestrian Street. Cheap & professional spa and massage just next to the hotel. Hotel guest are complimentary of 12% discount when using spa n massages services. Executive business room come with bathtub beside bath cubicle in the bathroom..

Breakfast is so so.. Almost same menu buffet breakfast every morning. Do consider staying without breakfast here.. As u can get many other cheap n delicious food just outside the hotel.. Room aircond not functioning well, however after complaining they fix the problem within minutes and call for apologies for the inconvenient caused :)

The hotel is strategically located right in the heart of the famous shopping area - Dongmen. Lots of shopping and easy access to food. Moreover, the hotel is barely 3 mins walk from the Exit e of Laojie Subway station. The room is spacious, clean and comfortable. And the staff (not all though) is generally polite and attentive. The buffet breakfast is good. I also appreciated the convenience of the Spa & Massage on the sixth floor of the building, just next to the hotel. A foot massage costs only 36 Yuan but tipping is obligatory (min. 10 Yuan).

I think the reception at the hotel should equip themselves with basic knowledge of the vicinity and be ready to offer some form of help if approached by the guests of the hotel.

This hotel is super conveniently located right next to a metro station and near all the coolest shops, restaurants, and cinemas. The staff speaks English and is really helpful. The breakfast choices are decent and the room is big, bright, and has everything you need for an amazing stay. The helpful and friendly staff will make you feel like a VIP. Plus, there's free Wi-Fi, parking, and a 24-hour reception. a jaw-dropping experience!

Great location near metro station and shopping streets. Simple yet satisfying breakfast.

The location is very good. It is very near to metro station & shopping area. Beside, I also like the service of the bell boys. They are very informative & helpful. I was looking at the map in the lobby when one of them came to me & offer help. I was impressed with his kind gesture. The cafeteria food is cheap & good, but the buffet breakfast is not as good as expected.

The toilet's wall is frosted. One can be seemed from the room whatever he/she is doing. There is no privacy, as I was in the same room with my son. To solve the problem is to off the toilet's light.

The location is good as it is walking distance to Laojie mtr station.

The service level of hotel staffs is average. The breakfast offered is not good, lack of variety and taste is not good.

The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the room was twin. the hotel's great location near laojie station and Dongmen Market made it convenient for shopping, eating, and getting massages.

Good location for Shopping, Metro Station nearby for mrt & Clean & just renovated. Facility is ok for the price of Shenzhen. Housekeeping is commendable and highly recommended to Malaysian & Singaporean. Buffet Breakfast menu changes every morning & not an issue to me.

I cant think of any at the moment base of my last visit.
